Live cell tracking you can see, check, and correct.
Tiril links fluorescent objects across frames. Isolate a provisional track, play its sequence, and record corrections.
Your microscopy data stays in your lab.
Tiril runs on your computer. It does not upload source images, analysis data, or review history.

Follow cells through time. Keep every decision reviewable.
Live cell analysis can mean following cells frame by frame, recording colour changes, recovering lost identities, and rebuilding results across spreadsheets. Tiril brings that work into one local workstation. It detects fluorescent objects, links them through time, and keeps the evidence behind each track in view.
The beta can build provisional tracks, play complete sequences, and record corrections without changing source images or automatic output. These tracks are computed, but not yet scientifically validated. We are comparing those results with manually curated histories now. Next comes desktop packaging for Windows and Apple Silicon. The longer-term aim is to turn reviewed cell histories into analysis-ready output and figures.
Bring a dataset you know. Compare Tiril with your existing review. Show us where the workflow saves time and where the tracking fails. Your images stay in your lab or on your laptop.
